Should I sell house to a Property buyer company?

I have noticed there are companies on the internet who will buy your house quickly for you for cash

Wanted to know if anyone had used these before and what sort of percentage of the home they would pay out.

Finally, anyone recommend a company or more imporant - any companies I should stay away from?

Tends to be around 60%-70%, but with an almost guaranteed drop from their first offer after surveys.
