On the about credit cards we are advised that 18 months interest free is offered by RBS and Natwest. When you click the link to go to the RBS page it says 18 months interest free. So I went through all the application process but in the small print on the contract terms just before submitting the application it stated 13 months interest free.... Anyone know what is happening here? They are clearly not giving when they are advertising...

Have you contacted them about it?0

Yes I also saw this error. I reckon it was a glitch on their computer systems...I'm sure they will correct it if you give them a buzz...0

Very clear on their web site that it's 13 months.

I reckon they've changed it over the weekend.0 -
I don't think it has changed yet because I can still see the offer on the website.
When you click on "Credit cards" link from the RBS/Natwest home page, it goes to a landing page showing the card with 18 months Special Offer.
And then when you click on the purple button "More on this Special Offer", it takes you to the card still showing the 18 months offer:

You can apply for the 18 month special offer card by following the links from that page, but if you go straight through from the normal YourPoints World card (link given in post 4), it goes to the 13 months one.
The difference is in the link addresses. The special offer ones have the words "world-so" in them. I haven't check to see if there are any differences in the small print when an actual application is made though...Mortgage started July 2010 = £223,314
