is it possible or am I dreaming? 
Basically, if we manage to buy this house we want to have a pot of money which only requires one signature to withdraw for in case of emergency and other one is away
so we need an instant access account but as I'm a debt free wannabe i don't really know about savings accounts
any starter points? any suggestions I can go and read up on?
