RBS/ Santander Credit Card Problems

Hello
I am currently living abroad and do my banking in the UK online. Yesterday I logged in to pay my credit card payment from my RBS Current Account to my RBS Credit Card. Because of the takeover my credit card has now been moved to Santander and I cannot access both my current acc and credit on the same internet log in. I don't know how to pay my credit card now and because im abroad its hard to call the bank.
Anyone else know what to do? Much appreciated

Do you have the new credit card? May need to check the Santander website to see if there is an option to register for online banking, although I guess they would send out an authentication code. You may still be able to a transfer, but you will need the sort code and account number to do a faster payment to Santander.

You have to log in at https://www.rbs.co.uk/santander to access your accounts, everything should still be the same as before-same log in etc and you can continue to service your accounts as before.0

thanks for the replys.
when i log in using rbs.co.uk/santander i can see the option to pay but it doesnt link to my current account which has my money in it as that is only accessed on rbs.co.uk - it used to be so simple to do this.
i'm in New Zealand so time difference is a nightmare. I will call them today and try and get through to someone.
is this going to be a permanent thing?0 -
You can pay the credit card using a debit card via RBS credit card online banking

Shouldn't be that bad. If you can call around the 8/9PM mark, they'll be open.0
