Accessing my bank with no ID?

I opened a very basic cash card account with nationwide about a year ago. I was living elsewhere when I applied and have lost all my paperwork and even my card.

Is there any chance I can regain access to change my address and request a new card? The account has no money in whatsoever and it's a basic account..

Thank you..

If there is no money in it why bother with the hassel. They will eventually close it.
Few people are capable of expressing with equanimity opinions which differ from the prejudices of their social environment. Most people are incapable of forming such opinions.

Because I have been having some problem with my other bank account.
I haven't use it in about a year or so.
I wanted to start using it for my JSA.
