what are my mum's rights to cancel a mobile phone contract

    Don't touch T Mobile. They want to charge me £138 to get out of a contract. I want to go on PAYG with Giff Gaff. So much better.

    Not enough info provided for your post to carry any weight or relevance. If you're in a contract then OF COURSE you'll be liable for early termination charges. And this will be the same with just about ANY mobile network.
  • Hmm it all seems a bit strange to me, I don't believe that they are able to upgrade you from pay as you go to contract over the phone as they wont have any of your details on record, unless you told the?
