Restuffing sofa cushions

I'm hoping some thrifty folks can give me some advise.... a couple of years ago we purchased some sofas when we moved home (moved furnished to unfurnished). The sofas we bought were ok, on a deal from Homebase (since we had to furnish a whole house at once we couldn't afford thousands on sofas).
The sofas overall are ok, but some of the scatter cushions are looking rather flat. What's the best way to have them refilled? Should I buy inners myself and do it (unfortunately the cushions don't have zips so I'd have to unpick and sew back by hand) or are there places / services who would do this for you and any idea how much they might cost?
I did consider that I could buy the pads, and take them to a dry cleaners who does alterations to resew?
I'm ok with a needle and thread (ok I can put a button on :rotfl:) but don't want to botch this up.
TIA x

Carefully any do a small bit of the stitching to see if there is loose filling or some sort of a pad in there."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0

Are you able to pull at the fibres from the outside? Like fluffing a pillow? You could just un-stitch one small area and just refill using old pillows you have ( I also keep old ones for refilling and fluffing).0
