After speaking to a work colleague who had won back over 17K thru various loans and c.cards, I was completely inspired and evn more so by reading stories on here. Fantastic. Have racked my brains and out together the letter to several loan & c.card companies over the years. Received a letter today from Vanquis saying they dont offer PPI but they had something called Repayment Option Plan. They say all charges for this Option Plan which were applied to my monthly statements were correcrtly applied and this was discussed with me on my call to the company. I paid this card off back in 2007 and i cant iremember if I applied over the internet or phone...I really dont think it was the phone though, infact quite sure. They said will not reimburse any of these charges. Felt abit deflated. So any ideas? Would u carry on with this claim?? any info would be appreciated:)

They dont just repay willy nilly, you have to have a valid reason for getting your payments back.
The charges would have been on every single statement you recieved, if you didnt agree with them you should have contested them at that time when you saw them. Sorrymake the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
