* Slight confusion RE: Relisting fee's etc *

Hi there, I just attempted to sell something on ebay and it didn't sell.

I'm about to relist it, as it says you can get a credit on your fee if it's relisted and sells, however, it looks like I'll be charged again, so really, will I be paying for the first fee or the second?

So...... For the first auction, insert fee was £1.58 - Item didn't sell

Second auction, insert fee is 75p as I've lowered the price by £10.

What fee will be credited? The £1.58 (original auction) or the 75p (relist auction)

Many thanks!

If and only if th eitem sells the second time and is relisted from the original auction, the listing page would have said something along the lines of 'this auction may be subject to a relisting credit'. That statement would have bene in a small box above where you confirm you are happy with the fees before you commit to list.

Only basic listing fees are returned though, and only those from the relist.
