    i remeber when i used to work for the coop we were told to recruit part time rather than full time,im going back some years now but am pretty sure it was for tax reasons,i cant be 100 percent as i say im going back about 10 years lol,but we had to keep the contracted hours down to a minimum,even though people did work full time,they were only contracted to part time hours.
    It`s getting to the point
  • A bit funny though for him to call you aside and say he did not want you to hear it from someone else that a newer member of staff is getting preferential treatment and you are being overlooked. Make sure everything you do with them is in writing.
