Well I got letter three today... What joy!!
I'm well versed in ignoring debt collector type letters so it's water off a ducks back to me, am just glad I came here first, otherwise I may have been fooled by their threats, and I consider myself intelligent, haha!0 -

might be a case of why waste money sending out letters to someone who obviously wont respont when they can have a go at some one else. isnt the hit rate something like 60% of people will pay up without question?From the Plain Language Commission:
