Hi All,
I was wondering if anybody had heard of a company based in Kent called Serene Kitchens.net. A developer who is a friend of mine bought a kitchen from them and it has turned into a living nightmare for him.
I am new on here so think it wise to tread very carefully but to put it very mildly these people are not very nice and it has left this person's life in a real mess.
It is people like this who pull stunts like this that give the good guys a harder time. The world is a very small place now and there just isn't room for chancers like these. They know who they are. The trouble is shut them down and they will be back in a month under a new name.
They are making things so very difficult for the genuine KBB companies and designers who do look after their customers and put right any mistakes they have made or not sent out the agreed appliances.
Companies like this should be neamed and shamed on every relevant forum. It takes quite a few letters to the BBC to get them on Watchdog.
There is a rats nest of limited companies with no assets,no accounts,no real turnover. The same names keep popping up as directors or ex directors and the other Ltd companies they are directors of.
I would like to post the full story to see if anybody else has had the misfortune to come across these guys or to just warn ordinary decent people people before they get their pockets emptied out and their dreams shattered.
As I said earlier in this post i am very new to this forum and have not had chance to read all the rules in full so I am being cautious. This looks like a great forum and I wouldn't want to get warned after my first post.
