Car Leasing - Thoughts?

I've posted another thread on issues I am having with my Passat.

I've pretty much got to my final payment for my last 3 cars and I've had to trade them in due to varying issues. I've not been lucky enough to have a year or 2 without paying up a car.

With that in mind - I am seriously considering reducing the lottery (for me) which is car ownership.

Anyone ever taken out a personal lease? Any advice? Any good places to go?

Was looking again at the likes of a Passat / Passat CC. I would want one that is fully maintained. I think 10,000 miles a year would be sufficient for me.

Thanks

    It works for some.

But all i think is the money it costs for 1 year, I can buy and run a car thats less than 5 years old.

    Nearly £10,000 for 3 years.

That will keep me motoring for many years.

Even if i buy a £2500 car every 3 years, 12 years motoring for the price of your 3.

But i expect them to last 5 years without major expense.
