This is your chance to win a brilliant British getaway to your choice of one of six fantastic locations. Choose between Belfast, Loch Lomond, the Midlands, Northumberland, South Wales and the West Country. Simply fill in the form to be in with a chance of winning this fantastic prize.

1. The Volvo Brilliant British Getaway prize draws are open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over, except employees of Telegraph Media Group Limited and Zurich, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.
2. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

3. Entry is restricted to one per person and all entries received by each prize draw closing date will be valid for that and all subsequent The Volvo Brilliant British Getaway prize draws.

4. The closing dates for each prize draw are as follow:

• Prize Draw 1: midnight on Wednesday, June 13, 2012;

• Prize Draw 2: midnight on Wednesday, June 30, 2012;
• Prize Draw 3: midnight on Wednesday, July 15, 2012;
5. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries or entries sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of despatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The winner of each draw will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date for that draw. An up to date list of winners’ names and counties can be obtained by sending a sae to The Volvo Brilliant British Getaway Winners, Telegraph Create, 111 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 0DT before August 14, 2012.
6. The winner of each draw will be contacted within seven days of the closing date of that draw. Should the Promoter be unable to contact a winner or should a winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7. The prizes as described are available on the date of publication.
8. One winning entrant to each prize draw will win the holiday of their choice from those listed in Appendix 1 to these terms and conditions, below.
9. The prize includes the use of a Volvo V60, which can be delivered to the winner’s house. The nominated driver must be over 25 years of age and hold a current, full driver’s licence, which has been clean for the last two years.
10. Car loan is subject to additional Volvo terms and conditions in Appendix 2 to these terms and conditions.
11. Prizes do not include travel insurance, any ferry fares, petrol, food and drink, personal expenditure or incidental costs, other than where mentioned. Other exclusions apply and are listed in Appendix 1 under “General Terms and Conditions to all Prize Options”.
12. All prizes are subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
13. The winners may be required to participate in publicity.
14. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.

General Terms and Conditions for Prize Options
• All accommodation is 3-star; and is subject to availability;
• All activities are based on two adults and two children participating together and are subject to availability;
• Tickets and entrance to attractions are subject to availability at time of booking and opening times may vary;
• Dinners are based on two adults and two children enjoying a three course meal from the restaurants’ a la carte menu unless otherwise stated, including a half-bottle of house wine, mineral water and coffee;

Appendix 2
Volvo Car UK Limited Prize Car Loan Terms and Conditions

1. Loan Vehicle
Vehicle choice is subject to availability on the winner's chosen weekend. Delivery: The vehicle will be delivered on the agreed weekday between the hours of 9am and 5.30pm; and must be available for collection between the hours of 9am and 5:30pm on the agreed weekday.

2. Use of Vehicle
This demonstration vehicle has been lent for fulfilment of a competition prize for leisure use only and should not be subjected to unreasonable treatment during the loan. Volvo reserves the right to charge the driver with the cost of any rectification work necessary where the vehicle has clearly been the subject of neglect or abuse.

3. Limit of Use
Volvo demonstration vehicles are not for use outside the United Kingdom. Smoking: Volvo respectfully request that drivers refrain from smoking in loan vehicles.

4. Insurance & Accidents
Volvo Car UK Limited will be responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is adequately insured during the period of the loan. Only a Volvo Approved Body & Paint Centre must repair any accident damage sustained.

5. Warranty
All Volvo cars are covered by a three year / 60,000 mile warranty. Vehicle breakdown assistance is also provided. This includes the following facilities: Home and Roadside assistance until Recovery to the nearest Volvo authorised dealer and Assured Mobility providing a replacement vehicle or onward transport. Full details can be found in the vehicle handbook.

6. Servicing/Repairs
In the unlikely event of the vehicle needing routine servicing, please contact your nearest Volvo approved repairer.

7. Parking Fines/Fixed Penalty Notices/Bus Lane Infringements
It is the responsibility of the end user to settle any fines imposed during the period of the loan. Please note that the law requires Volvo Car UK Limited to disclose details of any custodians of any vehicles involved in traffic offences.

8. Congestion Charges
It is the responsibility of the end user to ensure that the Transport for London congestion charge is paid in advance for any vehicle entering the Congestion Charging Zone in the period of the loan. Any penalty charges incurred by Volvo Car UK Limited will be recharged to the end user. Volvo Car UK Limited will pay the congestion charge on the day of delivery if the delivery address is within the Congestion Charging Zone.

9. Tyres
In the event of the vehicle needing a replacement tyre, please contact the Volvo Demonstration Centre on 01480 222084 who will be able to assist you.

10. Personal Possessions
Volvo Car UK Limited and their agents take no responsibility for any personal possessions left in a loan / demonstration vehicle.
