Small Claims Court

I do not have a solicitor. I asked someone who used to be a solicitor. I will try and find a no win no fee solicitor.
I will make a complaint to the Law Society.
Unlikely in my experience you will find a no win no fee solicitor for the type of claim you outline as, at the end of the day, as explained to me it often depends upon what side of the bed the judge gets out of on the morning of your hearing! Also although I think I have a cast iron case my solicitor has warned me I might not get all my costs back. There are grades of solicitor in respect of the amount of your claim, from memory mine is class B = over 4 years experience but less than 8 and this equates to an agreed hourly rate they charge me and in turn is levied against the defendant. The judge, for example, can deem that a newly qualified solicitor could have dealt with my case and accordingly the hourly charge out rate reduced. Finally as I said earlier I wanted to use a local (to me) solicitor I knew but this would have meant adding travelling costs/time to my claim. I was warned that these costs may not be levied against the defendant as I could have obtained (which I did) a similar/same service from a local firm.
Just to repeat I would start off with The Law Society and CAB.0 -
Why don't you just turn off their IT systems or repossess the items that have been delivered? Surely your T & C's say that all equipment is owned by you until full payment is received?
The Law Society aren't bothered about non payment of fee's for IT services, they are here to ensure that a solicitor acts professionally rather than paying their bills.Estate Agent, Web Designer & All Round Geek!0
