Not on that list is a Bank of Ireland - Ulster Rugby card which offers 0% Balance Transfers for 6 months with no BT fee and 0% purchases

Does anyone know if you can apply over the phone? It just says to ring or email for an applicaiton pack. It's so long since I've filled a form in, I'm not sure if I can remember how to write

This special offer from money supermarket gives you 0% for 12months on purchases with the Halifax One card, better than on the halifax website where it is only 9 months.
