Nationwide Problems

I'm trying to sign up for a Flex account with Nationwide, I applied initially online and got accepted and was sent a form to sign.
It was signed and sent back and now I am stuck in a loop - Every week I get set a letter saying they have not received the form and I sign another and send it back and so it continues.
I've phoned them and they don't know what the problem is - They say they have received the form, but that another form has been sent out to sign (and they dont know why!)
Anyone else had this strange problem with them and how was it resolved?

Go into a Branch and try to sort it all face to face?
Obviously not a very satisfactory approach in the Internet age, but you might get your account opened that way.0 -
They say they have received the form,
And they can't process it because...?0 -

If you don't want an account with them, why try to open one?.
Nationwide do open all day on a Saturday, so unless you work 6 days a week and 8 hours a day, then you won't lose a days wage.Never Knowingly Understood.
