ours came today and weve got the same trouble. dds a G and cant even get her toes in

if only that bit had velcro.

    exactly, such a shame
  • So sorry Guys :( mine arrived & exactly the same problem. xx
  • My size 3-4s have the same problem. My DD is a 4F and has very narrow feet so they should fit fine, and they are far too tight.
This is unusual for Jojo who are usually spot on - it must be a fault and this is why they were so cheap. I will return mine.

same problem here, my girls are E fitting and both pairs are too big round the ankle strap and too tight on the bit that goes across the foot.
Looks like you have to pay postage to return them.

Awwww I'm so sorry to hear that they're not fitting a lot of little feet :(. It's so odd, my daughter is a G fitting at Clarks and just about a size 7 now but she's fitting hers around the toes and the velcro. If anything, they're slightly too wide around the toe end, and of course her little toes are only just peeking out of the toe end strap! I was really expecting them not to fit after reading the posts. It would be interesting to see how they fit as the summer progresses, as they're supposed to cover a size 8 too. Maybe they'll end up too tight before she outgrows them lengthwise.

We had the same problem; way too narrow! Am I right in thinking that you can't return them to store and have to return them via post? Just £2.20 in stamps (2nd class) isn't going to be worth the hassle seeing as they only cost £3.60! Oh well, looks like charity shop it is! x

Just seen: We are happy to accept mail order returns and exchanges in our stores. Ignore me, sorry! Luckily I have a store nearby x

I emailed them and said that as they seem to be faulty can I return them for free....answer = no! They said can return to store for free, but nearest to me is 20 miles away!
