Personal Injury Claim after road accident

I don't want to involve my insurers and end up loosing my unprotected no claims and making my premium shoot up.

    Your own insurer won't be dealing with your PI claim. (You won't be covered, so you need to pursue the third party for compensation for this), so no ompact on your NCD.

    (But, if you are involved in a 50/50 liability claim, then your NCD and future premium will be impacted already by your insurer having to pay the third party, and you having the claim on your record)

    OP, you keep posting separate questions (5 different threads) which are all related to the fact you had an accident and have failed to declare a speeding ban to your insurer.

    This means that those who choose to answer any one thread do not have the full picture.

    It therefore also means that the answers you get, whilst correct in theory, might not be correct in your particular circumstances.

    Please try to keep everything in one thread - for others' sakes if not for your own.
