Im struggling to find a holiday, with 3 small children.. nice but cheap ?

:)In previos years our family have been to Mallorca ... specifically Alcudia and we loved it.

This year we have limited funds.
children 7, 5 and 1yrs for 14 nights. (approx)

Need to be close to a good beach as no car.
Need air con if possible for the baby (in the room/apartement)
Needs to be a "nice " resort. (no drunkness and waiting for food if poss)
No more than an hour transfer from the airport
A short flight from bournemouth airport (3hrs max)

Phew i think thats it !

We can go in August or september. Anytime as long as there is air con in the room/apartment.

Any ideas/experiences please.

Ive had a look on on the beach... but im struggling to use the site .. i will keep practising !

When my kids were little we didn't go abroad but we had very nice holidays in Norfolk, Isle of Wight, Wales etc and they loved it. Of course the only problem is the weather, although we were very lucky usually.

Was going to say Lanzarote or Gran Canaria but the flight is around 4 hours.
How about mainland Spain ? Portugal (algarve) has beautiful beaches. I'd suggest you try lastminute.com or expedia. We once got a week in Austria for about £200 so I'm sure you could find something, worth a look anyway.

We are going to a small town just outside of torrevieja in the Alicante region, we went through holiday lettings and booked the apartment and flights seperately, we have paid £600 for the apartment and £900 for our flights so £1500 for two weeks at the end of July.
The apartment is right next to the beach with a playarea and a small beach bar on it.
From what i have read it is a lovely area very family friendly and only 15 mins walk form Torrevieja which has a funfair and a lovely promenade but is more lively, i can send you the link to the paratment if you like x

P.s it is a 2 hr flight from manchester and approx 45 mins transfer from Alicante airport to the apartment.
