I have Canadian friends who are looking for cheaper ways to phone the UK. Are there any over ride numbers that can be used there?

    Look into calling cards and callback services. If they use the internet quite a bit, also look at VoIP, maybe the Betamax companies like Voipcheap, etc - VoipbusterPro might be a good choice, €10 for a year, and only a 3.9c connection fee per call up to an hour.
