I just made a payment in $ on my PP card. I got charged a "FX FEE" because I don't have a $ balance in my account.
Can anyone confirm whether the PP card knows to take from the $ balance if I make a payment in $ to avoid the fee?

Yes - it does. It takes from the designated currency (assuming you have it) or as much as the available balance in that 'pot', before going to the 'home' currency. It works quite well.0

Is there a listing of the FX fees for cards (not PP balance) anywhere?0

if I pay for something in euros and I have a euros balance but no GBP balance, it will work or be declined?
My available balance in the account manager only matches my GBP balance.0
