    What fares have you found?

I am not going to write about fares if you have already found something cheaper. ;)

    No it can't be - a return is £51.50

Two singles on most trains adds up to £50 - but you can shave a fiver, possibly more off that if you are can be a bit flexible on timing, leaving a bit earlier or coming back a bit later.

OTH the flexibility of the £51.50 ticket may be worth the small extra amount. It's valid on any train on weekends/holidays.

If you are prepared for a slower journey, travelling from Waterloo via Salisbury can have cheaper fares too

Dep London Waterloo 07:10, arr Bristol Temple Meads 10:29. Advance Single = £22.00.
Dep Bristol TM 15:51, arrive Waterloo 18:45. Advance Single = £18.00.

    Total return = £40.00.

OK, takes longer that way. You decide whether it's worth it.

Remember, with Advance Singles you must travel on the booked trains.

Get those tickets (at least the outward one) before 6pm today.
