Standing order question

I have a standing order set up to go out of my account today (every 25th of every month). I only just noticed there weren't enough funds available in the account to cover it, so I have transferred some money in from elsewhere by Faster Payment to cover it. Will the standing order now go out and everything will be fine? This is with Santander.

Unlikely - unless you had (unused) overdraft to cover it. As the SO would have been scheduled to go out in the early hours of this morning.
