  • I think the same thing, however dearest hubby likes to see that we have a bit put aside for a rainy day (hello?!) i would much rather use all of it to clear a bit on the debts but alas...

couldn't agree more with the wise witch :p what's the point in using a calculator at the SM to save a few pence when you're throwing money down the drain on the next card sista? Maybe you need to use your womanly ways to convince oh his logic is flawed x

Hi all, and thanks for starting us of Karb. Well done on booking a holiday. Not jealous, honest!

Well, today I am having a spendy day. But in an MSE way :p.
    • Bought a tshirt with my christmas money, it was 20% off!
    • Bought a pair of shoes, you guessed it, with my christmas money, but they were £25, not the lovely £49 ones I'd seen earlier!
    • Going out for pizza later with friends so have printed off the 25% off voucher.
    • Enjoying yummy Twinks' hobnobs. If you've never made them the recipe is on Page 1 of the Grocery Challenge. They are amazing!
    • All the usual stuff!!
Before I became a DFW I'd have just bought the expensive shoes and not worried about shopping around. What an eejit I was!

    Have a lovely evening everyone.:D
