Ryanair confusion

I wonder if anyone had the same happen - I've just booked a flight with Ryanair. First the status showed as "not confirmed" until the itinery is sent. I have received the itinery BUT whilst it contains a booking reference it contains none of the other information - ie. name; where the flight departs from/arrives and under the payment details it's just showing £0 all the way as if I haven't paid. I've tried to view my booking on line but it doesn't seem to recognise the information I input even though I am pretty sure I'm inputting correct information. Trying to contact Ryanair seems to be a nightmare - no email only VERY expensive phone numbers. I have tried to contact my credit card provider but at present they have no information about this flight. Does it mean I haven't booked? One more thing - there were only 2 last remaining seats showing when I "booked" so there should only be 1 remaining seat showing yet it's still showing 2 seats. I don't want to miss out on the deal but I don't want to pay out twice as I note from other forums Ryanair is a nightmare when it comes to refunding. Any ideas/thoughts?
