Brita Replacement Parts

in In my home (includes DIY) MoneySaving
My electronic display on the lid of my water jug failed, when I contacted Brita to see if I could purchase a replacement part they informed me that they have a free replacement policy for all parts. True to their word within a couple of days having supplied the exact model and colour a free replacement part was delivered.

    They did this with me too, I broke the lid, contacted them about buying a replacement and they sent one out free, even though it was my fault I broke it
