world of vouchers...please help

I purchased a voucher but when I received it email said it would not activate for 48 hours. Now the item I purchased has gone off the website so I can't purchase it and I get no reply to my emails :-(
Anyone else had similar problems? What do I do now, I want my money back.
What a stupid system that it takes 48 hours to activate and they obviously sell more vouchers than they have items.

Please someone help me, the value was under £100 so I can't go through my credit card company and world of vouchers are not answering my emails. It isn't a huge amount of money but it is the principle, why should I have to pay for something I can't have?
Anyone, please?0 -
Before you start talk of chargebacks etc. Have you asked for a refund and explained the situation? if so what did they say? its may take a little time for a response depending on when you emailed them. It is quite clear on the front page of the website that vouchers are only valid after 48hrs though.0

If they won't answer emails or the phone for a reasonable time, then threaten court action via registered letter - search for 'letter before action' for some samples. If they don't answer that, take it to small claims court, easy win.0

Never heard of them so had to google. Another groupon-style thing, it seems. What do their T&Cs say about refunds ?0

did I talk of chargebacks? I don't even know what one is, I want a refund.
I know it says 48 hours but it doesn't say they are going to run out then refuse to answer any emails or refund.
I emailed them first time on Monday, I think they have had time to respond, I also emailed the website that had the product.
Won't I have to pay to go through small claims? And where do I find an address to send a letter to or should I just email it?
Thanks for help everyone.0 -
Their refund policy in their FAQs says...Refund Policy
Vouchers are refundable at any time within 10 calendar days of purchase for any reason provided the voucher has not been redeemed
Just how you get through to them... I don't know.
All that assumes we are talking about http://www.worldofvouchers.com/
Is that right?

thanks to everyone for helping, silly me remembered I paid by paypal so opened a dispute and hey presto money has now been returned. I still think the 48hour activation thing is unecessary and annoying and their customer service is the worst ever. I have unsubscribed from further emails from them.0
