    Yup, I have. And I've offered way below, got a rude reply, then bought at that price...

    btw re "Fixed Price" you can offer anything you like, AND THE OTHER BITS also...

    What other bits?? Well things like (say..) Cash buyer, no chain, can do deal by Monday 17:00, would you like us to help you clear the place, we are flexible on completion date etc etc etc..). When making an offer remember it is not just the price that is important..

    Oh, and assuming the OP to be from outwith Scotland, you do realise there's a good possibility that there's plenty of properties available in the area which aren't on Rightmove....?
