I have had several credit cards and store cards over the years. I keep getting phonecalls from companies offering to claim back my ppi etc
But to be honest I haven't got a clue. Is it just late payment charges you can claim back as Im not sure if I have had many of them if any if this is the case.
Any help and comments would be greatly appreciated on what I can do

You claim to not have a clue, but I fear you are being too hard on yourself here.
