Can anybody assist please? I am trying to find a way of searching for all items within a specified mileage range (know how to do this) but are COLLECTION ONLY. Though this might be a bit of a moneyspinner as a lot of things collect only are postable and obviously collect only things don't attract same amount of people.
thanks all
thanks all

I don't think you can.My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
If you click on the advanced search option (top Right hand corner of most eBay screens) it offers lots of options for creativity in searching.
Enter "Collection Only" (inlcuding the "quotes" ) in the keywords section, then tick the box underneath marked "Search title & description".
Further down put your highest price in.
Underneath is an option marked "Items near me" - select 25 miles. (or however far you are prepared to travel - try to go as far as heavily populated areas)
Finally towards the bottom, set "Type of Seller" to Private.
This is the current list near where I live<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0 -
Thanks, that is brilliant, I have replaced the 'Collection Only' with 'Pick Up only' and works superbly, there are bargains to be had galore on this.
Thanks very much, brilliant helpUp the Rams !!0 -
It is also worth doing searches like that late at night, but look for items ending in next 5 hours.
I picked up a job lot of 60 DVD's that ended at 3am Tuesday night/Wednesday morning. They had 3 bids and finished at £22!!!!
Advanced Search is the bargain-finders friend!!! (and to help learn from other people's mistakes!!)<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0
