Sorry, I still don't understand.
There are plenty of sources that say it's unwise to take comfrey regularly or in large doses because of the alkaloid content, so saying categorically that people can't take too much is, in my opinion, unwise.
As in everything, people should do their own research, and I'm not trying to imply that comfrey has no place in herbal medicine. It does.
There again, so does digitalin!0 -

Glysophate doesn't deal with it and it's illegal to spread it so be aware.
Try eating it. It's supposed to be quite nice:

I find comfrey invaluable on my allotment.
I use it around tomatoes and potatoes in greenhouse and outside - I just throw it onto weeded soil and it suppresses weeds and feeds the plants! It keeps on growing and I can cut the plants several times a year.
I also throw some into the compost heap to aid activation and nutrients, as well as making tomato feed from a tea brew!!0 -

That's why I wanted to start some growing nearer to me!
If I'm over the hill, where was the top?0 -
I never realised it was that easy to take cuttings. I am going to have a go. I have some in my garden but it hasnt spread so I think it might be the B14 variety. might be. I want some more so fingers crossed.0
