Just want to know whether ask help from home emergency or legal assistant cover under home insurance will be counted as a claim?

You would need to read the terms of the policy and/or the question asked by the new insurer. For most insurers they dont.0

Are you asking in relation to disclosing claims to insurers when asking for quotes or in relation to "losing" any "no claim bonus"?
If the former, then usually you have to disclose all losses, not just claims, and if the latter, check your policy regarding whether using these covers affect "no claim bonus"0 -
Usually legal cover and home emergency are separate policies that you pay extra for on top of your buildings and contents. So a claim would not affect your no claims discount it will tel you in your policy docs or ask your insurer.
Some companies incorporate a home emergency cover into the B & C policy as standard and obviously if you use this it goes down as a claim.0
