Pre-paid Post Office Travel Money Card - What to Do?

Hi, a relatively popular pre-paid card to tackle budget airline charges a few years ago now shut down and it does not appear to be a way to return the pre-paid balance.
Post Office know nothing about it these days, and the post code leads to an address of Bank of Ireland in Bristol.
Any thoughts?
