Hi just an update, received another letter today saying they have put the matter on hold until Max Recovery send them the documentation and apologised for any confusion the other letter caused. So lets see if they can produce any documents eh?
can anybody help me I recieved a text from this company asking me to get in touch with them asap. I have never heard of this company before and find it highly strange. I googled the company name, I have never heard of a debt collection agency getting in touch for first time via text. Has anybody else had texts from this company ?
I hear this firm is acting for different companies with different accounts against one person. Can they do that? Is there not a conflict of interest here?
Looking for a bit of advice and also to see if any one else had had the same with Drydensfairfax. If you have then I would like to join forces with you. This may need a new thread but I am new to this so if any can help then please feel free to point me in the right direction.
Yes it does need a new thread. I have just wasted 5 minutes reading a problem which has not advanced for over a year, plus another thread hijack which has gone nowhere.
You might as well ask the Wizard of Oz to give you a big number as pay a Credit Referencing Agency for a so-called 'credit-score'
