Buyers Can't Buy Using Buy It Now

I have been locked out of ebay for few days due to ISP problems, I finally logged in to find messages from buyers telling me that they have tried to click on the Buy It Now option and are receiving this message

'Transaction blocked we are sorry that but the seller of this time it unable to receive funds at this time.'

Anyone any idea what this can possibly mean?

I have emailed eBay but won't probably hear from them until tomorrow at the earliest.

This happened to me once but this was when someone hacked into my account.In the end i rang up the ebay helpline and explained everything to me and what i should do next.I then changed all my details and email address and i havent had any trouble since

I can access my eBay and PayPal account without any problems and there are nn unauthorised transactions, I did try and phone the help line and found out that they only operate Weekdays until 5.30pm

I guess you have 'immediate payment required' on your listings?

I would check that the paypal address is correct & the Paypal account is not limited

Yes I have it set for immediate payment.

I have made 2 purchases using my PayPal account today without any problems.

I have three email addresses registered on my PayPal account, the primary one isn't the same as the registered eBay one, but one of the other two registered addresses is, it's never been a problem before.
