Hello all,
Can you help
We have decided we are going abroad in 4 weeks time for 7 nights mayby 9. Were a family of 4 as we have a 7 month old and a 2.5 year old.
Were undecided where to go yet either spain, cyprus or greece but Ive been reading that there are some fantastic deals and prices to be had from greek islands.
We want some sunshine in the day, waterpark would a great bonus and some bustling early evening nightlife in a local town, with restauarants some bars but nothing rowdy. (well probably be in bed for 11ish) We might even venture for a bit of sightseeing etc.
So my question is similar to that wrote in a thread earlier on. Any ideas for greek destinations that are acceptable for families. (if anyone has any recommendations for family accommodation aswell that would be a bonus)
Thanks

Havent been to the Greek Islands, but when ours were 2.5 yrs and 10 months we went to Majorca and it was fantastic for families. I cant remember what we paid but we got a great deal and the flight was only a couple of hours, thankfully, as my youngest screamed all the way there (the only stressful bit of the holiday!)

Don't rule out the Canary Islands. But as i just mentioned Zante is great for kids. the Greeks really fawn over them too!0

We went to Mastihari on the island of Kos with our 2 girls and it is lovely, beautiful beach, very Greek feel to the resort with some good tavernas and a few bars and shops and there was a waterpark nearby although we didn't go.0

Hi,
have a look at Pefkos is Rhodes, it really is a great place for families. The village has lots of places to eat & some of the bars have childrens play areas. There is also a waterpark near Falaraki which is about an hour away on the bus.Married the man of my dreams - 10th September 2012, St Paul's Bay Lindos :jIt was amazing.

Hi
I would recommend the resort of Cala `n Blanes in Menorca !
This resort has a small water park and is perfect in the evenings for young familes as there is a small town square boasting many family friendly restaurants, soft play areas and bouncy castles.I am a Travel Agent

Zante and Rhodes are both nice.
Kefalonia is lovely but no waterpark.0
