Parking woes :( Ahhhh

I live opposite a block of flats (there are several blocks nearby). The flats opposite are new builds. They all have one space. However the people there are sooooo lazy they cannot be bothered to walk from their secure parking at the back of the flats to the front that they park outside my house. I am not that bothered by it however what is annoying is that these stupid people (one in particular) is so lazy that he has to park as near to the front entrance as possible he parks about 1cm from the rear of my car! This is ridiculous. I just left a note on his car (as I never see him) asking him to being so inconsiderate and stop blocking me in. We are in process of doing a drive (next weekend) but I suspect even with a drive they will park over it as they are incredibly selfish people. Anyone else have this problem?

Getting the car keyed, or break fluid on the roof tends to make people choose their parking places with extra care

Big bag of birdseed and everytime you walk past discreetly chuck a handful on their roof. The birds will scratch it while eating and after eating will leave him some great gifts.0

He (or she) pays his road tax the same as you, therefore is quite entitled, just like everybody else, to park on the road. Don't view the strip in front of your house as yours. As long as you are having the kerb dropped for your driveway, when this is done then nobody will be allowed to park across or over the access.0

The main crux of the OP's post is the person is parking like a twonk, not that they are parking in front of the house.
If you block people by parking so close to the car they can't get out then you deserve everything that happens to your car.
Road Tax, Insurance and a License doesn't give anyone the right to be an inconsiderate AssHat.
I agree about the drop kerb aspect.0 -
If that's the case, then next time park a foot further away from the other car - he won't fit as his space has been reduced, but if he does still fit then the space to exit is secured at the other end of the car. Don't assume that anybody else parking next to you will do you the courtesy of leaving space to ensure you can get out.
When the drive is built, the problem should go away...0 -

Road tax was abolished in 1937.0
