Hi All,
Just wondered whether anyone can clarify - I've just applied for a business bank account with cards etc all has been approved. I have a personal credit card which I now wish to transfer the balance - will me just having applied for a company one affect me applying for a personal credit card? I'm checking because my credit score is really good though I don't want to jeopardise it if applying for a personal credit card straight after setting up my business one will affect it.
I was of the assumption that, whilst a business account does go on your credit report applying for a personal credit card is completely separate and should have no bearings on the business account.
If you could clarify that'd be grand

It should be separate but it depends on the nature of your business, as a sole trader then that would be potential issue, limited company not.0

Thank you - it's a limited company : ) - I know that sometimes if you have too much credit available they can question why you're applying for more but seeing as this is personal I was just checking.
Many thanks0
