Damage to car where do I stand

OK I work from a little farm that has units on it where several others all work from also. I parked my car in the yard sunday night and it has been left there till today (because it was waiting for a starter motor to be fitted).
Anyway yesterday afternoon I had a mechanic come to look at the car was also talking to him about some touchups I wanted and we went around the whole car looking at different bits.
Approx an hour later the car that was parked next to me was seen reversing out of the space to then pull forward and move the car out, he was seen by two people moving out. They thought it odd how he moved out and went over to see a scuff mark on my rear bumper. The mark wasn't there an hour before but was now.
Whilst the scrape wasn't actually seen (his car was in the way of my car so the witnesses didn't see the scrape itself) but its blatantly obvious he did it as it couldn't have been done by anyone else due to the way the cars were parked.
I phoned the company he works for because he was dropped off in a works van to collect his own car. He finally phoned me this evening claiming he didn't hit it and he has a witness, the van driver. How the van driver can see a car on his left side that would have been in his blind spot for seeing it his mirrors and too far forward to see it out of the window is beyond me.
Anyway I digress, the guy is disputing and it comes down to his word against mine, are there any options as the damage to repair has been quoted at £125.

Everyones opinion is the most important.....no wonder nothing is ever agreed on.
