Unicom wireless door bell is driving me crazy

Bought one to put on new composite door, a plug in one and a walk in one. It is picking signal from the neighbours sometimes one after another. The walk in does not work. I have reset the channel several times as per manual with no joy. Can anybody recommend a reliable one, pl? Thanks
