Cheap Flights to Malaysia From Europe @ July

Hi i'm travelling to KUL ( Malaysia) @ July 5th till July 29th. I am quite flexible with my dates (+/- 4 days) and would like to make a stopover for few days which ever airlines i'm flying .
The best fare i found so far is from Paris - 5th July - KUL returning @ July 29th to Egypt and making a stop over @ Cairo from 30th july till 2nd August and returning back to LON (LHR) - Price (570) including Stopover with out Stop over (£555).
I don't mind flying to and from any European country as long as the price cheaper.
I heard that open jaw tickets are cheaper and any idea how is Egypt Airlines?
