OEICs vs Units Trusts

Am I correct in assuming that Income/Bond funds with only a single price are OEICs rather than Unit Trusts with a bid/offer spread?
Reason I ask is that Cofunds are still charging a 0.25% switching fee but FundsNetwork are not.
Apparently you can switch OEICS from CoFunds to FundsNetwork just by a re-register similar to changing intermediaries, but Unit Trusts have to be sold/bought again so you have a small risk of being out of the market if prices rise.
So I am tempted to shift my OEICs to FundsNetwork for the next time I may wish to switch some funds.

Generally but not necessarily. For example Old Mutual UK Select Smaller Cos (here) is an OEIC but with dual pricing. Even after rebating the initial charge, as HL do, there's still a spread of over 1%. Conversely, there are some UTs with a single price, such as L&G index funds.Am I correct in assuming that Income/Bond funds with only a single price are OEICs rather than Unit Trusts with a bid/offer spread?0
