DFS - Never buy from them!!!!

this happened to me a few months ago.but i noticed it before delivery.althought the suite arrived lasy week and its crap....very wrinkly leather and not even along the back ......i will prob get all the same crap listed above when they come t inspect it this monday...not ure where i stand legally.i rang them with in a few hours of delivery...will keep you posted

Oh marvellous, I can hardly contain my excitement now for when my sofas are delivered. :rotfl:

I only ordered them last night!

In hindsight I should have checked here first but at the same time I've been round the competitors and for what I wanted the quality and price at DFS seemed the best.

Originally I wanted leather as I have a stunning black one and wanted to replace with brown, but having checked out the prices and quality I realised I must have got a fab deal with mine originally as none of the others are anywhere near the quality (still looking perfect after 5 years!!!). At the end of the day I decided on fabric (reclining chair and 3seater reclining sofa).

Anyway I shall wait and see (9 wks for delivery or so I'm told). But if like others I don't receive them in time I shall have no hesitation in cancelling my order and sitting on the floor whilst I get some elsewhere.
