Harveys sofa issue - any advice please?

Hi there,
I placed an order for a sofa with Harveys. The sofa I ordered comes in a range of colours, including "classic white" and "star white". Basically classic white = cream, star white = white. I ordered star white.
Sofa arrived and was a creamy colour, I mentioned to driver in passing and went to check invoice. There is no colour reference on anything I have received from Harveys. simply says sofa type not colour. Annoyingly they've sent me the wrong colour, but luckily it wasn't bright orange!
I e-mailed Harveys immediately asking for them to contact me as I'd received the wrong colour. This was two weeks ago and they've made no effort whatsoever to contact me. I sent another e-mail last week, asking them to contact me but have heard nothing.
What do people suggest? Should I take further? How would anyone suggest I do so.

Note, I did actually call them about the issue and I said I'd received the wrong colour. They said "it says white here, what colour did you order?".
I asked what it actually said as there was a variation on white to which the response was "It just says white here".
I explained in detail that I'd recevied classic white, rather than star white and was told to e-mail (which I'd already done)0 -
take it up with the store manager, in the store face to face.0
