Can I file a clean break order myself

Just recently I instructed a solicitor to draw up a clean break order and file for my absolute as my wife hadn't done it. To cut a long story short the solicitor went against my instructions and has cost me money I can't afford, now she wants more to file the consent order at the court plus the letters to and from solicitors etc. Can I file the consent order myself.
