It depends, sometimes i type:

winner first+surname (using the + sign)
or: first+surname (using the + sign)

I sometimes use the left hand search functions on google to show 'UK only' or 'posted in the last month' to narrow the search. I try and mix it up a bit so i don't miss anything. The wider the search the more likely you'll find something. Hope that helps.
