Suggestions on where to advertise my property - rent

I have just found out our tennants are leaving on 16th April and we desperately need to find someone to replace them asap. Before going to an estate agent thought it may be worth spending a week putting ads up in local shops and in th paper. Does anyone have any websites or other areas i should try too?

    Hi

Depending on who you want using your property, this link may help

    http://www.accommodationforstudents.com/

It also has listings for 'professional' rather than students

How about Loot, or the Gumtree website? Local hospitals often have accomodation offices/boards & some charge a small fee for listing your property.
The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.

Local classified always work for me, but try to arrange a particular day for ALL of the viewings, esp if you dont live too close to the prop in question.

Oh and take a book to read for the one that dont turn up.

Women and cats will do as they please, and men and dogs should relax and get used to the idea.

Gumtree is excellent if you're in London.
