Hi All,
firstly this is the 1st post I think I have ever done so sorry if I am in the wrong place!
I happen to be in London on the day of the Jubilee procession on the 5th June and thought while I am there it would be nice to see it, but I can't find anywhere online that says what time it will be happening, all I can find is that there will be a service at St Pauls followed by a lunch, which yes points out the procession will be in the afternoon but I don't want to stand waiting from 1pm if it is not going to happen till 5pm with only being in London for a short amount of time! Can anyone shed any light on this for me?
Thanks

I have been told that you need tickets for certain places ie. the bridges, I think you may have to be prepared to wait way longer than a few hours to even catch a glimpse though, there will be thousands camping overnight, but best of luck to you.MFW 67 - Finally mortgage free! 💙😁0

Can anyone please advise me? I will be staying overnight in London (found a cheap youth hostel 4 miles from Buckingham Palace) I was planning on waking up really early on Tuesday morning & making my way to the Mall. I know I'm not going to get close enough to Buckingham palace to see them on the balcony however apart from this will the view be good? Would it be better to try somewhere else? My youth hostel is in WC1.
Please don't say watch it on telly - although I know you get the best views on telly you definitely don't get to experience the atmosphere of the crowds that well.
