Ryanair Name Change - Help!!!

Hello,

Need to change a passenger name on a fryanair flight tomorrow.....although the office number given to make a name change is closed......what can i do????

Ryr have ticket sales desks where ammendments can be done at all their base airports. It will depend on which airport you are flying from.

It may well be cheaper to purchase a new ticket rather than the change as you will have to pay a fee (£70) for the change [STRIKE]as well as the difference bewtween what you paid for the ticket originally and what the price of that ticket is now !![/STRIKE]Crucially you must make the change 4 hours prior to flight !!!

are you sure? It says subject to opening hours, and opening hours are closed. Are you sure it wouldnt just cost me £70. We leave tomorrow. To but a new ticket would cost £210 rtn........what to do??????

Yes you are correct, earlier post edited !!

I would think your best shot (if you live near the departure airport) would be to go there now and try !

So i can do it if igo to the reservation center(prestwick) 4hours before our flight tomorrow and it will cost me £70....can anyone confirm this??

I had the same kind of thing happen to me about 5 years ago. I put the wrong last names down of two of my bookings and had to get them changed. I realised my mistake straight after booking but the telephone numbers given where never answered. I rang the next day and was informed tough I should have rang them the day before and I would have the pay the extra admin charge which I did.

The point I am trying to make is there is no customer service within Ryan Air thats how they can charge such low prices so I would get to the airport in good time tomorrow so they can change the name because if you give them any excuse to refuse, they will.
